Job Summary
Director of Sales tasked with leading the community's sales department, planning and developing programs, conducting tours, initiating and responding to sales calls and prospect inquiries, maintaining an up-to-date lead database, and ensuring occupancy goals are met. Responsibilities include hosting sales events, managing move-in paperwork, coordinating with departments, monitoring the sales-budget, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company policies. Proficiencies in Office 365 and Yardi are required, with a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of related experience. The role emphasizes customer service, communication, budgeting, and overseeing daily operations to achieve occupancy targets.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent
- two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Yardi
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals; write reports and business correspondence; present information to groups
