Job Summary
Director of Sales responsible for leading all sales functions within the community, planning and developing the sales program, conducting tours, handling prospect inquiries, maintaining a lead database, and achieving occupancy goals. Requires strong customer service orientation, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to manage budgets and events, and proficiency with Office 365 and Yardi. Duties include hosting events, closing move-ins, ensuring compliant advertising, coordinating with departments, and maintaining professional development to meet community goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and regulations
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Office 365 and Yardi proficiency
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and host events and close move-ins
- Experience in sales and lead management
- Ability to conduct tours and prospect outreach
- HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Ability to manage budgets and expenditures
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
