Job Summary
Director of Sales leading the hotel’s sales strategy to maximize revenue; responsible for designing and implementing sales plans, participating in business reviews and budgeting, presenting hotel performance to senior leadership and regional teams, and driving sales/service standards and compliance with corporate standards. Oversees branding, revenue optimization, and sales-channel strategy. Requires 3+ years in a managerial Sales & Marketing role within a luxury (5-star) hotel, and fluent English and local language. Must be self-driven, goal-oriented, an excellent presenter, and capable of leading a team while navigating global and local market dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of managerial experience in Sales & Marketing in a 5-star hotel
- excellent presentation and communication skills
- fluent in English and local language (Chinese)
