Job Summary
Director of Sales and Marketing at Artis Senior Living leads external and internal sales to achieve occupancy goals, develops referral networks with providers and vendors, plans and executes marketing events, analyzes occupancy and market trends, and trains peers and concierge staff to deliver personalized experiences for prospective residents and families. The role requires senior living sales experience, travel within the local market, and an associate’s degree or higher in a related field. The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule (9am–5pm) and may require some evenings and weekends; starting salary is $81,000 plus commission potential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years sales experience
- Senior Living experience preferred
- Familiarity with state law and regulations surrounding senior housing and assisted living
- Ability to develop, organize and implement creative marketing
- Ability to relate professionally with team members, residents, families, and vendors
- Education: Associate’s degree or higher in healthcare administration, marketing, public relations, or business management preferred
