Job Summary
Direct and manage all group, transient, and catering sales activities to maximize revenue for the property. Develop strategic sales plans, budgets, and forecasts; create rate strategies and review competitive data. Lead and mentor sales staff, participate in sales presentations, property tours, and industry meetings, and collaborate with key partner networks to drive revenue and market share while delivering exceptional client experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of sales leadership experience in a fast-paced, luxury hotel or resort environment
