Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize room revenue, banquet business, weddings, MICE, and leisure segments while achieving annual and quarterly revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event management companies to expand domestic and international market presence. Lead the sales team, establish targets, monitor performance, and coordinate closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless event execution. Handle VIP clients, negotiate high-value contracts, and resolve concerns promptly while driving destination wedding and large-scale event business. Prepare sales forecasts, analyze KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or premium hospitality brands
- Proven experience in corporate sales, destination weddings, MICE, leisure travel, and luxury hospitality sales
- Strong understanding of hotel revenue management, market segmentation, and luxury guest expectations
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities
Desired Qualifications
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
- Knowledge of the Delhi NCR market and Uttarakhand market
- Proven leader with exceptional business development and relationship management skills
- Strong network within the luxury hospitality, corporate, travel trade, and wedding segments
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Commercially driven with a strategic and analytical mindset
