Job Summary
Director of Sales, Private Equity - Fund Admin leads a ~10-person Enterprise Account Executive team to drive month-over-month and year-over-year ARR growth across Fund Administration solutions for Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate Funds. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, guiding consultative sales processes to showcase the fund administration platform and services, collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and client success to drive product adoption and market expansion, managing activity metrics to hit and exceed quotas, partnering with recruiting to build talent, developing onboarding and ramp programs, and actively participating in deals to close opportunities. The role requires deep knowledge of private markets, outstanding communication with senior decision-makers, and the ability to articulate value across fund CFO needs such as investor management, reporting, analytics, and data collection.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading Sales or Business Development teams
- experience in Private Equity, Private Credit, and Fund Administration
- track record of exceeding quota in quota-carrying sales roles
- strong communication, presentation, and networking skills with C-level executives
- familiarity with SaaS business model and alternatives market ecosystem
