Job Summary
Director of Sales responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with key clients to produce topline revenue across rooms, food & beverage, and catering/banquet segments; strategize, implement, and achieve quarterly sales plans; collaborate with Regional Sales, Revenue and Operations teams on forecasting and budgeting; partner with operational departments to drive sales outcomes; champion brand and company reputation while cultivating relationships with local community groups and attending events to generate business; actively conduct outside and inside sales, nurture new leads, and close deals through negotiation and flexible sales approaches; Peachtree’s hospitality leadership role recognized as the right-hand partner to the General Manager; prior experience with direct client relationships (B2B and/or B2C) and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals; professional, polished demeanor with strong communication and system proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel sales within major brands
- proven sales leadership experience
- ability to learn systems technology
- Delphi FDC, Profit Sword and Hospitality (Brand) Systems
- excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
