Job Summary
Director of Sales at Mama Shelter Lake Como who leads the commercial strategy to drive revenue through corporate, leisure, group, and long-term partnerships. Responsible for strategic sales planning, proactive prospecting, and account management to ensure the property is fully booked. Builds and maintains partnerships with corporate clients, travel partners, agencies, and key stakeholders; manages the sales pipeline, identifies new business opportunities, and collaborates with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations to align commercial strategies. Represents the brand at events and client meetings; leads and coaches the sales team to exceed targets, while negotiating contracts that deliver value and protect commercial interests. Pre-opening or lifestyle hospitality experience and familiarity with international markets are considered advantageous. The role emphasizes relationship-building, opportunity identification, and performance analysis to maximize results.
