Job Summary
Director of Sales for the Northeast Region responsible for leading and developing the Account Executive team (6–10 AEs) across the Northeast markets (Mid-Atlantic, Philadelphia, New York, New England). Focus on pipeline generation, revenue attainment, and improving win rates through coaching on territory planning, account strategy, and deal execution. Drive market expansion by developing specifier/partner ecosystems, expanding into new logos, and maintaining strong client engagement. Manage internal cadence, forecast accuracy, and performance metrics while partnering with marketing, engineering, and vertical specialists to optimize deal progression and ensure alignment with regional growth priorities. Location-focused responsibilities include oversight of Philadelphia, New York, and Boston markets with remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of B2B sales experience
- at least 7 years in a direct people management role
- Proven success leading Account Executive teams
- driving pipeline and improving forecast and close rates
- experience in enterprise, solution-based sales
- ability to coach and develop sales professionals
- strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
