Job Summary
Lead revenue growth across OTT/CTV, linear television, and emerging digital platforms by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy. Manage a high-performing team of Revenue Managers, Account Executives, and support staff while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Champion the station's digital-first transformation by integrating data analytics into every client solution and automating inventory and pricing with AI systems. Drive new business development for local businesses, overseeing sales enablement, training, and forecasting using Salesforce. Translate complex data insights into compelling client presentations that showcase the total video audience across linear, social, audio, and CTV channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- 8-10 years of media sales experience
- broadcast TV or audio platform experience
- Minimum 3 years in a digital leadership role
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth in a highly competitive environment
- Advanced understanding of digital ad tech (OTT, programmatic, SEO/SEM, social, and third-party products)
- Advanced understanding of cross-platform audience measurement
- Skilled use of Sales Force or similar CRM
- Skilled use of Business Intelligence Software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to inspire and manage large, diverse teams
- New business leader who provides new concepts and ideas quarterly to help the team drive developmental revenue
- Proven ability to translate data + insights into compelling client solutions and storytelling
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
