Job Summary
Directs and manages all day-to-day sales activities for the property with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives. Collaborates with sales leadership to implement the segment strategy, develops and executes sales plans, assists with promotions, leads the sales team to meet personal and team booking goals, negotiates proposals and contracts, participates in sales calls, analyzes market data to meet revenue and catering goals, drives exceptional guest service, develops relationships with key stakeholders, works with off-property sales channels, and ensures alignment with brand and hospitality standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
