Job Summary
Lead marketing-led go-to-market execution across digital and direct channels, distributor and installer networks, and OEM/builder relationships. Own brand messaging and campaigns for highly technical, engineered automotive products; manage content across web, email, social, and video; drive digital performance including website UX, merchandising, conversion optimization, and retention; oversee CRM and marketing automation to support campaigns and customer lifecycle engagement; analyze campaign performance and market trends to guide decisions; support product launches with compelling narratives and coordinated GTM execution; partner with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure alignment from demand generation through fulfillment; represent the brand at industry events and within the automotive enthusiast community. Seasonal travel (25-35%) is required, with the majority of work performed on-site at the primary work location.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing or marketing-led Sales roles within the automotive manufacturing industry
- Genuine passion for classic cars, hot rods, or automotive culture
- Proven success executing multi-channel go-to-market strategies
- Direct experience marketing automotive performance or engineered products
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Automotive aftermarket or durable goods manufacturing experience
- Experience supporting distributor, installer, or dealer-based sales models
- Strong digital commerce, UX, and conversion optimization experience
- Experience in digital marketing strategies, platforms, and performance measurement
- Proven success executing multi-channel go-to-market strategies
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
