Director of Sales & Marketing

Lead the hotel's sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue goals across rooms, meetings, and ancillary streams by managing a business mix prioritizing high-rated transient, consortia, corporate, and key group accounts. Serve as primary relationship owner for strategic accounts, developing long-term plans to maximize revenue, share, and retention while identifying incremental opportunities. Drive proactive sales initiatives including prospecting, calls, and networking within the Boston market to acquire new group and transient business, actively leveraging local market relationships and industry organizations. Oversee integrated marketing strategies, including digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and experiential activations, while managing external partners such as PR agencies and creative vendors. Direct supervision of 5-8 associates across sales, marketing, and commercial support functions, coaching the team on strategic prospecting and modern marketing practices.
