Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, including budget management, financial forecasting, P&L analysis, and monthly reporting to track progress against business goals. Direct and manage all group, transient, and catering/banquet sales activities to maximize hotel revenue. Analyze competition, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business strategy and maintain competitive positioning. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Sales management experience or at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven records
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of global markets and business acumen
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans including budget management, financial forecasting, and P&L analysis
