Job Summary
Director of Sales & Marketing leads the property's sales department for hotels with 300+ peak rooms and significant local catering revenue, guiding reactive/proactive sales efforts, building long-term customer relationships, managing marketing budgets and cross-functional coordination with regional teams to drive occupancy, RevPAR, and overall revenue while ensuring adherence to brand standards and service strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
- OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
- Preferred: 4 year college degree.
