Director of Sales & Marketing

Director of Sales & Marketing responsible for managing distribution channels and deployment of sales for Fleetline, Hogebuilt and Nu-line. Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company goals to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction. Essential duties include business and market development, customer management, market research, promotion/advertising strategy, and leading the sales and marketing team. Requires proven leadership, exceptional project management, strong relationship-building with internal and external customers, and ability to drive results through dealer networks, trade shows, and outbound lead generation. Education/experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination; ability to read/write/communicate effectively; strong mathematical, reasoning, and computer skills. Supervisory responsibilities encompass the Sales and Marketing team in US and Canada.
