Job Summary
Director of Sales/Marketing leadership for a senior living community focused on achieving maximum occupancy and revenue by attracting qualified prospects and converting them to residents. Responsibilities include direct sales, development and execution of the marketing plan, community outreach and education to create referrals, delivering two internal and two external group presentations monthly, targeted mailings, regular meetings with potential referrers, proactive outbound calling, coordinating outreach with the General Manager, Residency Counselor, and Relocation Specialist, providing back-up sales support, and maintaining a customer-oriented selling approach. Requires a five-year track record in sales/marketing with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong communication and public relations skills, energy, enthusiasm, teamwork, and the ability to travel up to 30% of the time with potential weekend and holiday work. The role emphasizes serving seniors and maintaining excellent customer service while promoting the community and driving occupancy and revenue growth.
