Director of Sales (Marketing Director)

Director of Sales / Marketing Director promoting direct sales and community relations for a senior living community. Responsible for meeting pre-lease goals and occupancy targets by attracting qualified prospects, coordinating outreach (internal and external presentations), managing the marketing plan, and supporting the Community Residency Counselor in tours and sales activities. Requires five years of sales/marketing experience with a proven track record, strong customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to develop referral sources; travel up to 30% of time; weekend/holiday coverage may be required; travel to referral sources in-market is expected.
