Director of Sales (Marketing Director)

Marketing Director/Director of Community Relations responsible for direct sales, meeting pre-lease goals and targets, achieving maximum occupancy and total revenue potential by attracting qualified prospects and converting them into residents. Manages the department, executes the marketing plan, coordinates outreach to referral sources, delivers internal and external group presentations, conducts targeted mailings and a high volume of calls, provides sales support to the Residency Counselor, and maintains customer-oriented selling approaches. Requires travel and occasional weekend/holiday work; seeks experience in senior living marketing, referrals, and closing sales with proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, creativity, and team orientation.
