Job Summary
Conduct tours for prospective residents and families while managing expenditures to budget and analyzing variance reports. Follow up promptly on all leads, maintain the CRM database with up-to-date information, and employ the Traci Bild system tools to drive occupancy goals. Establish relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources; provide Executive Director documents for lease signings; and coordinate with plant operations, life enrichment, and dining services for events. Manage subordinates such as Move-In Coordinators and Sales Coordinators, attend daily standups, and participate in the Manager on Duty rotation. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00–5:00 with weekend and holiday MOD rotation, eligible for commission, bonus, and comprehensive health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing, business or related field
- Minimum two years' experience with sales management in senior living or similar setting
- Demonstrated strong closing skills in a highly competitive market
- Demonstrated success in sales of senior living or another multi-unit environment
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Ability to maintain customer relationship systems and employ the data to meet budgeted occupancy goals
- Valid driver's license in state of community with a driving record that meets company and insurance provider's requirements
- Working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft programs; PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility with changing priorities and ability to communicate in a diplomatic and professional manner
- Flexibility in the hours and days available to work
- Excellent hospitality skills
- Ability to speak, read & write English
- Willingness to undergo a routine background check including drug screen
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available to work other hours to support events
- Willingness to work Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00
