Job Summary
Analyze sales metrics and business trends to drive accountability and increase revenue for new clients and ancillary sales. Lead branch sales meetings, deliver training programs, and conduct 1:1 coaching to improve individual and team performance. Collaborate with marketing to develop initiatives that support revenue growth and outline best practices for the division. Oversee CRM pipelines, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate insights into backlog health and client growth. Identify revenue gaps, develop action plans to prevent deviations, and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales
- At least 3 years in a sales leadership role
- Experience preferably in the service industry
