Job Summary
Director of Sales for Lazarus Naturals leading wholesale and national accounts strategy. Responsible for building long-term sales plans, go-to-market strategies for new products, managing budgets and KPIs, expanding accounts with brokers and national retail chains, overseeing account management teams, and collaborating with marketing to ensure brand standards. Travel to visit national chains, attend trade shows, and develop distribution partnerships. Leads category managers and buyers, negotiates contracts, and drives revenue growth across a wholesale ecosystem. Works with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to deliver sales targets and actionable reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Proven expertise in Account Management, National Accounts, and Sales
- Strong experience in Sales Management and leading high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability in Business Development and fostering strategic partnerships
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives for growth within a competitive marketplace
- Experience working within natural health products, supplements, or consumer packaged goods industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required to maintain and expand relationships
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
