Job Summary

Director of Sales responsible for the wholesale ecosystem, leading a team, and developing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand accounts. Manages relationships with brokers and distributors, builds out a regional account team for east and west coasts, oversees national retail chains, and coordinates with marketing to align brand assets. Requires travel to maintain partnerships and attend trade shows; role emphasizes strategic planning, KPI tracking, budgeting, contract coordination, and remote-work capability while operating within a vertically integrated CBD/beverage business.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required to maintain and expand relationships
  • Proven expertise in Account Management, National Accounts, and wholesale management with non-Alc beverages
  • Proven track record for scaling beverages in the non-alc space
  • Strong experience in Sales Management and leading high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated ability in Business Development and fostering strategic partnerships
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working within natural health products, supplements, or consumer packaged goods industry is a plus
