Job Summary

Lead and develop a national team of Territory Sales Managers in HVAC, driving growth within contractor and distribution markets. Create and execute sales strategies to accelerate revenue, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships; oversee sales leadership, talent development, territory optimization, performance management, and cross-functional alignment with marketing, customer experience, supply chain, and product management. Must be a proven sales leader who thrives in high-growth environments, with a track record of building teams and delivering measurable results. Typical duties include establishing objectives, guiding program execution, partnering with managers on customer visits, developing territory strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, monitoring pipeline and KPIs, identifying market trends and opportunities, collaborating with marketing, and leading forecasting and budget activities. Requires 8–12+ years of leadership experience in relevant industries, strong communication and relationship-building abilities, cross-functional collaboration, and travel up to 40–50% nationally; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
