Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of sales and marketing for the hotel, including catering, leveraging at least five to six years of full-service hotel sales leadership experience. Must currently hold a Director or Assistant Director title with a stable job history and preferred branded hotel background. Full service hotel experience is required for this Santa Clara-based role. Giularos Hospitality offers a $5,000 sign-on and relocation package to candidates open to relocating. Benefits include 401K, PTO, healthcare, vision, dental, and life insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Full service hotel experience in a leadership sales role
- At least 5-6 Years of sales experience
- Must be a Director of Assistant Director currently
- Must have stable job history (no job hopping)
