Job Summary
Director of Sales for Healthcare Commercial Risk leading strategy development, team leadership, and client relationship management to achieve revenue targets in healthcare insurance risk solutions. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, expanding into new markets, hiring and coaching a sales team, upselling and cross-selling insurance products, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying current on market trends and competitor activities. Required Qualifications
- 7 - 10 years of experience in healthcare or insurance sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a high-performing team
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of P&C insurance products, healthcare risk solutions, regulatory environments, and compliance requirements
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Excel
