Job Summary
Director of Growth & Strategic Referrals responsible for owning external growth via field-driven, high-stakes healthcare sales. Leads census growth by cultivating and converting referral relationships (e.g., Case Managers, Discharge Planners, ALFs, Physicians, SNFs) into signed clients, with 90% field-based activity and a unified brand voice across our integrated clinical and non-medical platform. Drives market positioning, revenue growth, and data-informed tactics to dominate key referral accounts and territory performance; requires proven healthcare BD/sales success, a hunter mentality, executive presence, and a history of growing a territory from zero to dominant.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years healthcare BD/sales experience in Homecare, Home Health, Hospice, or Private Duty
- existing referral relationships you can activate on Day 1
- documented history of taking a territory from zero to dominant
- elite closing ability, executive presence, and resilience to treat "No" as the start of the conversation
