Requires a proven healthcare BD/sales track record, existing referral networks, and elite closing ability. Base salary $100k+ with aggressive incentives; located in Norwich, CT.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in healthcare BD/sales (homecare, home health, hospice, or private duty)
- existing referral relationships you can activate on Day 1
- documented history of taking a territory from zero to dominant
- elite closing ability, executive presence, resilience to treat "No" as the start of the conversation
- field-based revenue leadership role with ownership of external growth engine
- ability to manage census growth, pipeline, and market positioning
