Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in healthcare BD/sales (homecare, home health, hospice, or private duty)
  • existing referral relationships you can activate on Day 1
  • documented history of taking a territory from zero to dominant
  • elite closing ability, executive presence, resilience to treat "No" as the start of the conversation
  • field-based revenue leadership role with ownership of external growth engine
  • ability to manage census growth, pipeline, and market positioning
