Job Summary
Director of Sales Engineering & Effectiveness oversees SEE, deal support, and SME capabilities (data analytics, payments, financial modeling, value calculations, contract/operational playbooks) and collaborates with Growth Leadership to drive strategic opportunities, cross-functional meetings, and onboarding/upskilling of SMEs; role requires leading a team of 3+ SMEs, coordinating in-person and remote engagements, and travel up to 10%; requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience, 5+ years in healthcare sales/ops, Salesforce and Google Suite proficiency, and familiarity with Value-Based Care; role involves optimizing deal desks, reporting, and maximizing revenue through strategic insights and modeling.
Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of progressive working experience
- 5+ of relevant sales, operations and/or sales management experience working in healthcare and with healthcare providers
