Job Summary
Director of Sales, Ecommerce responsible for developing and leading the ecommerce sales strategy across private label, B2B, and retail ecommerce accounts; owning senior-level customer relationships with key retail ecommerce partners and marketplaces; creating joint business plans to drive retailer growth, category expansion, and pricing alignment; leading private label growth initiatives; analyzing sales performance and digital shelf trends; coordinating with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful product launches and programs; presenting forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior leadership; travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Seven or more years of progressive sales or account management experience
- Three or more years of experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, retail sales, or omnichannel leadership
- Proven success managing strategic retail customer relationships
- Strong experience in joint business planning, category strategy, forecasting, pricing, trade management, and performance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and influence decisions across commercial, category, and operational teams
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel as needed to support customer meetings, line reviews, business reviews, and internal planning sessions
Desired Qualifications

- Proven success managing strategic retail customer relationships and delivering revenue growth within a consumer-packaged goods or private label environment
