Job Summary
Proactively develop quantifiable action plans, conduct site inspections, and execute strategic plans to increase average daily rate and occupancy growth. Coordinate with revenue and pricing teams to build pipelines for key dates and soft periods while securing new business and growing market share on an annual basis. Oversee the sales and events departments, managing operations, follow-up, and administration including generating proposals, writing contracts, and customer correspondence. Ensure seamless on-property experiences for contracted customers and maintain strong client relationships through networking with third-party planners and industry organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
- Previous supervisory experience
- Progressive experience in the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry
- Experience in Rooms and Food & Beverage departments
