Job Summary

Director of Sales responsible for planning and development of all sales department functions, driving occupancy goals, conducting tours and move-ins, managing lead databases, hosting events, and ensuring compliant, responsive service to residents and families. Requires supervising the sales process from inquiry through closing, maintaining strong interpersonal skills, and leveraging Office 365 and Yardi for reporting and operations. 40 prospect calls per week, home visits and tours, and ongoing professional development requirements are part of the role. Emphasis on HIPAA compliance, budget monitoring, and delivering exceptional customer service within a retirement community setting.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and Yardi.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and governmental regulations; ability to write reports and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks; lift up to 25 pounds.
