Job Summary
Prepare annual strategic plans, revenue and expense budgets, and monthly closing reports to achieve overall property goals. Lead group sales outreach, negotiate contracts, and manage yielding efforts while forecasting business volume and responding to RFPs within 24 hours. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, train team members, and cultivate relationships with community organizations, city officials, and industry associations. Achieve departmental gross revenue targets through quick adjustments to production goals and client relationship building. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of hospitality sales experience, or similar environment
- Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in sales and/or event management
- Extensive sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to solve practical problems when limited information is available
- Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to lead and influence managers and large teams

- Strong presentation skills in a clear and effective manner to a variety of stakeholders; owners, leaders, clients, and team members
- Ability to travel (including air or car, hotel overnight stays, and client entertainment.)
