Job Summary
Director of Sales (CBS) for City Wide Facility Solutions leads and scales the CBS sales team at the Indianapolis franchise. Responsibilities include owning CBS sales performance, coaching through ride-alongs and deal strategy sessions, hiring and developing sales talent, enforcing KPIs and CRM discipline, ensuring deal qualification and pricing discipline, reviewing bids and project documentation, and partnering cross-functionally with Contractors, Operations, and Clients to deliver exceptional service. The role emphasizes accountability, process, data-driven decisions, and long-term client relationships, with a target of strong per-seller productivity and growth while managing up to 5 key accounts. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of B2B sales, 3+ years of B2B sales leadership, and CRM proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B Sales
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B Sales Leadership experience
- Proven experience driving outbound prospecting and pipeline rigor
- Experience using CRM systems and sales performance metrics
- Ability to operate independently with high ownership and follow-through
