Job Summary
Director of Sales at Cedarhurst Senior Living drives occupancy and revenue growth by leading the full sales process from inquiry through move-in. Responsibilities include developing a strategic sales plan, cultivating robust referral networks with prospective residents, families, and professional partners, acting as the community’s primary contact for inquiries, coordinating outreach with the Executive Director and regional sales leaders, and coaching staff to maximize referrals. The role emphasizes relationship management, discovery with prospects, maintaining CRM records, and partnering with leadership to implement innovative sales strategies. Qualifications highlight a Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) and 2-5 years of sales experience in senior living is preferred; CPR/BLS certification is also preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Two or more years of successful sales experience (2-5 years preferred)
- Demonstrated sales closing skills with a consistent record of high occupancy results
