Director of Sales

Organize and develop all sales department functions and programs with minimal supervision. Conduct daily community tours, host special sales events, and manage prospect inquiries via phone, email, and social media. Execute home visits, process move-in paperwork, and ensure compliance with budgeted expenditures and marketing policies. Achieve occupancy goals while maintaining an up-to-date lead database and reviewing quarterly action plans. Direct resident requests to appropriate departments and ensure all communications remain clear, accurate, and timely.
