Leadership duties include guiding a team (Premium Client Manager, Business Development, Client Acquisition), implementing sales playbooks and pipeline discipline, driving funnel optimization from prospect to active trader, and pursuing cross-sell opportunities with IG North America. Salary range is $150,000-$165,000 with commission; location is Chicago with a Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office). Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in financial services sales, Series 3 and 34 licensure (willing to obtain if not held), and a track record of closing high-value accounts and managing sales teams. Location: West Loop, Chicago, IL.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensure: Series 3 and 34 (must be willing to obtain if not currently held)
  • Direct experience acquiring and closing high-value clients ($100k+ accounts) and/or institutional relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to build outbound sales motion—not just manage inbound leads
  • Strong understanding of retail trading lifecycle: account opening, funding, platform adoption, retention
  • Experience managing sales teams with clear pipeline discipline and performance accountability
  • Relationship-building skills spanning retail traders, corporate clients, and strategic partners
  • Proficiency with MetaTrader platforms, TradingView, and CRM systems
