Job Summary

Director of Sales & Business Development will lead revenue growth and market penetration in commercial interiors and 3D printing, Build strategic partnerships with corporate clients, architects, designers, dealers, and real estate developers; own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management; lead complex sales cycles including presentations, proposals, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations; collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to align client needs with product capabilities and roadmaps; represent the company at industry events and build a high-performing sales team in a startup environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience in sales or business development with a proven record of results
  • Experience in commercial furniture, interiors, architecture, or design strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success building relationships with corporate clients, architects, designers, and key decision-makers
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and accountability
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong client service mindset
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a startup environment
  • Experience launching innovative or disruptive products is a plus
