Job Summary
Drive the strategic direction of Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Events to maximize profitability while strengthening the resort's positioning in luxury leisure, MICE, corporate, and travel trade segments. Develop and monitor the annual business plan, oversee budget creation and management, and lead cross-functional projects to achieve target occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. Manage a high-performing team through recruitment, performance evaluation, and mentorship, while maintaining compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and sustainability guidelines. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business, five years of senior leadership experience in luxury hotels, and the ability to travel for industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum five years' experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership position within luxury hotels or resorts
- Strong experience across Luxury Leisure, MICE, Corporate and Travel Trade market segments
- Established national and international luxury travel industry network
- Excellent commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy and revenue optimization
- Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing commercial teams
- Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of CRM, PMS, Revenue Management and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, discretion and strategic thinking
- Thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities and services
- Requirement to travel for work-related meetings and events
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
