Job Summary
Director of Sales and Marketing for a senior living community in Kernersville, NC. Responsible for leading all sales and marketing activity to drive occupancy, including community engagement, referral source outreach, lead generation, tours, and closing. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, monitor budgets and outcomes, coordinate events, collaborate with leadership to determine advertising needs, manage move-in processes and census reporting, and maintain strong community relations with referral sources. Requires proven sales leadership, exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills, ability to analyze customer trends, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding target
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from inquiry to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of Navion Senior Solutions offerings
- Ability to position Navion against competitors
- Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment.
