Job Summary
Director of Sales and Marketing for a premier assisted living and memory care retirement community. Responsible for occupancy development and engaging prospective residents and referral sources to ensure a smooth move-in experience. Duties include prospect generation through calls and visits to discharge planners, social service workers, local businesses, and physician offices; developing new referral sources; conducting promotional and educational events; maintaining knowledge of the San Antonio marketplace; providing information to prospects and encouraging in-person tours; following up on inquiries; coordinating move-ins (pre-admission assessment, leases, admission paperwork, physician selection, room arrangements, and follow-up with maintenance); entering lead data into an electronic CRM; producing occupancy and sales reports; and collaborating with other marketing leaders to drive initiatives. Requires strong sales skills, ability to work with diverse stakeholders, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends; familiarity with Sherpa CRM and Microsoft Office; and a warm, friendly, and caring approach. Franklin Park locations in Texas and EOE. Location: Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales track record
- 2+ years of experience in senior housing
- Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic CRM database
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, extended days as needed
