Director of Sales and Marketing

Director of Marketing and on-site sales leader for The Arbors / Ivy Assisted Living. You’ll drive sales and resident move-ins through relationship-based marketing, build referral pipelines with healthcare professionals and community partners, and represent the community at events and outreach activities. You’ll track leads, tours, and conversions using CRM tools (Welcome Home), collaborate with leadership on marketing campaigns, and maintain high standards in communication and presentation. The role requires Bachelor’s degree in marketing (or equivalent proven sales success), 3–5 years of relationship-based sales experience (senior living/healthcare preferred), excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational ability, and willingness to travel locally and support occasional weekend/evening events.
