Director of Sales and Marketing

Conduct tours and guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process for Elm Crest Senior Living Community in Harlan, IA. Build and maintain referral relationships throughout the local community while serving as the primary sales and marketing contact. Plan marketing events, educational programs, and outreach initiatives to drive occupancy growth across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Manage leads, inquiries, and follow-up through the CRM system, working with leadership on sales strategy and census goals. Help families complete applications, agreements, and move-in coordination. Full-time, salaried role with flexible daytime hours, including occasional evening or weekend community events.
