Director of Sales and Leasing

Job Summary
Oversee all leasing functions within the community to develop and maintain full occupancy while meeting Approved Budget financial objectives. Steward prospect wellbeing by coordinating relational leasing strategies, conducting tours, and executing targeted campaigns with physicians, hospitals, and community organizations. Establish department goals, manage marketing materials inventory, and analyze CRM data to drive occupancy stabilization. Partner with all department heads to support resident move-in processes and ensure adherence to a philosophy supporting resident dignity and privacy. Maintain a targeted referral network and conduct sales calls to designated sources as required.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
- At least two years of direct involvement in a selling-oriented environment
- Preference in sales and marketing of senior living
- At least one year of supervisory or management experience
- Working knowledge of leasing skills
