Director of Sales and Leasing

Director of Sales and Leasing oversees all leasing functions for the community, develops and executes leasing strategies to achieve full occupancy within the Approved Budget, builds relationships with staff, residents, families, and referral sources, conducts tours and leads generation activities, develops marketing campaigns, manages marketing materials and CRM analyses, and leads a team to ensure high standards of accuracy and service in senior housing leasing. Responsibilities include establishing occupancy goals, coordinating move-in paperwork, researching follow-up strategies, maintaining referral networks, leading with core values of Servanthood, Stewardship, Character, and Competency, and collaborating with department heads to support occupancy stabilization. Ideal candidates will have a college degree in Marketing or related field, 2+ years in selling-oriented environments (preferably in senior living), and at least 1 year of supervisory/management experience, along with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
