Job Summary
Lead the property's sales department by managing reactive and proactive efforts to achieve booking goals and revenue targets. Develop strategic account plans, evaluate market trends, and coordinate with regional marketing communications to drive occupancy and RevPAR. Serve as the primary sales contact for the General Manager, Group Sales, and Area Sales while executing innovative marketing campaigns and managing the marketing budget. Oversee sales team performance by setting goals, coaching leaders, and implementing talent acquisition strategies to ensure alignment with brand standards. Monitor guest issues arising from the sales process and maintain strong partnerships with local organizations and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 4 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 2 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
Desired Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in supervising a team
- Lodging sales experience
- Hotel industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
