Job Summary

Directs and drives revenue for Veriff in the Americas, overseeing US and LATAM expansion and leading the US and Latam Sales Team (Enterprise Account Executives). Leads executive-level decisions with the leadership team to craft short- and long-term strategy, secures new enterprise customers, and sustains high-growth targets through accurate forecasting and disciplined sales processes. Mentors and inspires the sales force, ensures a best-in-class customer experience throughout the sales cycle, collaborates with Product/Engineering to market-leading solutions, partners with Finance to improve revenue forecasting and resource utilization, and defines KPIs and best practices to scale the organization. Maintains close alignment with internal stakeholders to maximize impact across markets, demonstrates extensive enterprise sales experience, strong forecasting discipline (MEDDICC proficiency a plus), and a proven track record of leading growth through team expansion and process improvements. Demonstrates an inspirational, hands-on leadership style, long-tenured US experience (10+ years), and the ability to build relationships across teams while maintaining focus on customer outcomes and accountability.
