Job Summary
Hands-on Director of Safety leadership role overseeing safety programs across utilities, telecom, construction, data centers, and field operations; lead safety policy development, audits, incident investigations, training initiatives, and compliance with OSHA and client requirements, while partnering with field teams and leadership to improve safety performance and accountability across multiple environments.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA standards knowledge
- Experience writing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and training programs
- Ability to work directly with field crews and communicate safety expectations clearly
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Safety-related certifications such as CSP, CHST, ASP, or similar are a plus
- Valid driver’s license
